All FDG SKIN products are made-to-order to ensure freshness and quality.

Processing time is 1–21 business days (Monday–Friday) (Holidays Excluded)
Processing time and shipping time are separate
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking via email

Made-to-order means your products are freshly prepared for every customer — never sitting in storage or on a warehouse shelf.

Pay Later Options (Orders $100+)
We offer Pay Later checkout options for qualified orders $100+.
To request Pay Later, place your order using Offline Payment, then message us your Name + Order Number.
We’ll send your secure Pay Later checkout link.

Pay Later links are valid for 24 hours and may require identity/order verification.

Pay Later processing fees apply:
• U.S. orders: 7% + $0.30
• International orders: 13% + $0.50

Chargebacks: Unauthorized chargebacks are considered fraudulent. Any dispute filed for an order that shows delivery confirmation and/or evidence of use will be challenged with our documentation, including order details, tracking, and site policies.
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene/safety reasons, all sales are final once an order is placed.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

FDG SKIN is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
Orders marked ‘Delivered’ by the carrier are considered successfully delivered and are not eligible for refunds.
Shipping carrier delays are outside of our control once your order is shipped.
