Returns

• Processing naturally ranges from 1-21 business days ( Monday-Friday ). Due to the high volume of orders, processing times may exceed the 1-21 business days. If processing does exceed the 1-21 business days (Monday - Friday ). No worries your order is being processed, once processing is completed you will receive tracking to your email on file. (All products are made to order + handmade by company owner) -She works alone,  Do allow time for processing. Your patience is appreciated.

• Processing times + shipping times are seperate, once processing is complete your selected shipping method will be honored.

• Once processing is complete you will receive tracking details to the email on file.

• Delayed or missing items in orders will be upgraded, or given store credit upon the owners discretion and stock availability.

• Mistakes do happen, if missing an item or for some reason you receive the wrong item/s you will be given a store credit for use for your next order.

• We are not responsible for  delivered packages, that you don't receive.  Please double check address inputed at checkout. Also keep up with tracking details, to ensure you are available for time of delivery.

• Once you receive tracking details your package is with shipping courier. We have no control over shipping once package is with shipping courier.

• Delayed orders will be upgraded, upon the owners discretion.
